Perfect for solo coaches who needs consistent client experience support, without hiring full-time staff. I’ll take care of keeping your business stable, organized, and professional while YOU focus on your clients.

I know every business is different, but you might need:

  • Weekly client newsletter

  • Monthly marketing newsletter or blog post - for your email list or past clients

  • Updates and edits to client-facing materials like journaling prompts, written workouts, and information handouts

  • Client onboarding support

  • Billing support - following up with clients for payments and tracking billing data

  • Client reminders and call scheduling - for group or individual calls

  • Notes and recaps for group or 1:1 client calls

  • Client surveys and insight summaries

  • Web and content portal updates


Director of Client Experience & Programs - $2,000/month

Ideal for 6-7 figure coaches who run signature cohorts or want to elevate their client experience. Ever wished you had a second brain to handle the operations so you could focus on your vision? This package is for you.

In addition to the above, we might include:

  • Full end-to-end cohort/program management

  • Launch planning support for new offerings

  • Managing client lifecycle data and insights (renewals, engagement, drop-off)

  • Streamlining (or building!) scalable operations systems and creating standard operating procedures

  • High-level collaboration and a “thinking partner” for your business

Program Operations Manager - $1,200/month

Great for coaches with group programs, memberships, or multiple coaching offers. I’ll create a scalable operations backbone for the business.

You might need everything from the “Client Experience Essentials” package, but also:

  • Cohort or program design and delivery support

  • Curriculum sequencing and planning

  • Program calendar creation and client-facing content management - for blog posts, newsletters, and other program-related communications

  • Resource creation from scratch, including templates and PDF for seamless, professional resources for your client

  • Resource library management

  • Client journey mapping and touch points at all stages, from onboarding to program alumni


Signature Program Build - $1,500-$5,000

If you don’t need ongoing support, but want help realizing your vision for a new program or offering, you need a combination of writing/content creation and operations support.

This one-time package may include:

  • Mapping the full curriculum and writing a content outline for a new signature program

  • Creating client resources, worksheets, and/or online portal content

  • Designing touch point structure for clients

  • Mapping out email sequences

  • Creating checklists and timelines and keeping the project on track

  • Writing scripts, lesson notes, or presentations
